A Lunch Date

On Monday I had the day off of work and since Scot and I had been away for a large part of February during our weekends with his work, he took the day off too. We still dropped Ryder off at daycare so that we could have some time together, getting errands done, and to have a lunch date too! He let me pick the place so I chose O'Charley's. In this stage of my pregnancy, I pretty much let the baby let me know what it wants because I have learned that if not I will pay for it later. I said it before, but I have had a way different pregnancy already, and never had any nausea with Ryder! I am starting to wonder (and maybe even hope) that this may be a baby girl. Either way we will be very excited, but it's so weird just how different I have felt. As of Monday I was 10 weeks pregnant. I will soon start posting my weekly pregnancy pictures and updates, and I have been doing them since the day I took the pregnancy test.
We ordered and I chose the potato soup and house salad to go with my yummy rolls and Scot had the club sandwich and potato soup. We started talking and he remembered the day that I went to my last prenatal appointment with Ryder, and how we got induced that night, O' Charleys was the last meal we had as a couple before Ryder entered the world. It was fun times, and after we ate, we finished our errands and I made a trip to Michaels to pick up an Easter basket. I decided on a wooden white one and plan to go back for the new baby's too. I wanted to be sure there wasn't a different kind that I wanted, but you can't beat $4.99 with a coupon ha! Although we had to take Scot's car to the shop yet again (ps- I would NEVER get a Mercedees again!!) it was still a fun day with my man. We talked and afterwards I was able to rest before we picked Ryder up from daycare. I love days like these and wish we had more of them.
