You turned TWO months old today!
Trying to get a good picture this morning proved to be a bit difficult,
but after a few takes we finally got one ha!
For laughs I wanted to compare one day vs today's two month picture
and here's One Month vs Two Months
I look back to your first day and month of life, and how you could hardly stay awake long enough for us to get a good look at you. And now here you are at two months, giving off lots of sweet smiles and coos! I also think back to those tiny eyelashes and brows that were barely there and now I see such lush pretty lashes! My how time flies and Mommy is just as in love with you now as I was the day I first held you. I didn't know a person was capable to love so much, but God amazes me each day with just how much love I do have in my heart. I am just so blessed to have you my sweet girl, and I am so glad that God chose me as your Mommy.
And for the stats, here's what you have been up to lately!

Dr Appt: We switched pediatrician's this month. I had been irritated previously with all of the issues with Brynley's Billirubin levels and feeling like my Pediatrician wasn't listening to me but listened to Scot when he said the same things I had tried to about the amount of breast milk I was pumping (she tried to tell me it was my supply that Brynley wasn't gaining weight). Then to top it off they would not see us because we arrived at the appointment time written on the appointment card and not 15 minutes prior. So we switched and I love her and wish we'd switched much sooner! Learned a lot of great things and I felt like she was way more compassionate towards me which is what I want. Great visit!
Eating/Favorite Foods:
You're eating every 3 hours except for middle of the night, when we let you determine when to eat. We have you on a feeding schedule of 5ish am, 8am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm, bath at 7:30 pm and night time bottle by 7:45 or 8pm. You do really well with both breast milk and now Similac formula, which we have given a few times now. It does seem to constipate you some, which is why we mostly stick to breastmilk, but you never fussed when we gave it to you. Right now you drink about 4 oz at every feeding. Sometimes less, but usually 4 oz. Mommy is still a pumping machine and I pump every 3 hours as well, right before waking you for your feeding unless you are already awake and I have to gage it on when I can get away to pump again.
Sleeping:
You have done really well with being on a 3 hour feeding schedule, which your sleeping routine follows. You always go down for naps after each feeding pretty well (except for the first nap after your 8am feeding because you've slept for awhile and don't seem to like to go back down after). By night time, you will actually go to sleep after the 8pm feeding and sleep until around 2 or 2:30 am. You even slept until 3am a few nights ago which was awesome! Mommy still woke up, thinking it was something wrong since you weren't awake. You still sleep in your Pack N Play right next to Mommy and Daddy's bed, but we are thinking about moving you to your nursery soon. You don't get nearly as fussy during the 8pm feeding, but are now more fussy after the 5pm feeding. This is fine by us, so we can all go to sleep after the 8pm feeding!
You've really started staying awake now after feedings long enough to get a little "wake time" in. We lay you on your activity mat and you like to swat and kick at the dangling toys and bells. You also love your swing, and the vibrating bouncy chair. I also lay you just on your back on a soft blanket and read to you and you love looking around at everything. You don't have any preference for books yet, but seem to like being read to. We've tried the Bumbo chair a few times with you and you seem to like it okay. You definitely let us know though when you're done with it ha! We still do Tummy Time with you and you do pretty good. I'm amazed at how well you hold up your head and neck!
Big Achievements:
At twomonths old, biggest achievements would be sleeping from 9pm to 3am and then going right back down and sleeping again until about 6am and again going right back down until your 8am feeding! This happened a few nights ago and I am hoping this wasn't a fluke. Also, gaining more weight and being able to hold your head and neck up really well. You do so well playing for a few minutes by yourself on the playmat now too, so that Mommy can get up and tend to something that needs to be done (usually your brother is calling for help, or the dog needs to use the bathroom, always at the same time haha!)
Daddy's girl! This is what Scot used to do when Ryder was a baby and they'd watch football together. He is trying to do the same with you, so we need to get a Panther and Patriots cheerleader outfit.
Other BIG ACHIEVEMENTS this month are all of the smiles I'm seeing from you! I LOVE them :)
Of course we have the fussy times through the day too, and you let us know when you want or don't like something,
but for the most part you have a very sweet temperment and give out lots of these smiles!
Happy Two Months Bryn Bryn!
Mommy, Daddy, and Ryder love you more than you know, and we can't wait for each milestone to come.Love,
Mommy

She is SO cute!!!
